It’s hard to believe that we are closely approaching 2022. As I shared last quarter, the housing market is still very healthy and active! People often ask me my opinion of what is going on right now and I wanted to take a quick moment to give you some insight into the local real estate market.
As we’ve seen over the past year, the market has recovered and inventory levels of available homes are low in most of our local markets. This has been fueled largely by historically low-interest rates as well as homeowners’ desire to upgrade their space. There has never been a better focus on home than now.
